Job Description

• Working experience: 3+ years
• Candidate should be worked on more than 2 -4 projects in Marketing Cloud
• Certification: Must be Salesforce.com Marketing Cloud Developer Certified
• Experience in mapping business requirements to technical specifications.
• Experience in creating Data Extensions / Automation with SQL and connector data transfer processes.
• Expertise in Marketing Cloud -Email Studio and Journey Builder, Cloud Pages, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, AMP Script/SSJS thereby enabling the clients to plan, personalize and optimize the customer journey.
• Proficiency in SFMC Administrative tasks like creating Roles, Page Layouts, Email Services, Approvals, Workflows, Reports, Dashboards, Tasks, and Events.
• Designs, codes, tests and debugs complex Marketing Cloud automations and SQL queries that power journeys and marketing campaigns
• Experience working with SFMC APIs and integrating with CRM platforms (Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud etc.) and Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud.
• Develop and maintain responsive Layout Templates, personalized Emails templates and Triggered Emails using Media Queries
• Understanding of CAN-SPAM, Email regulatory compliance, and deliverability elements like Sender's Configuration
• Good understanding of the Cross Channel marketing process.
• Experience working in Agile development environment.
