Job Description
Roles responsibilities:
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Design and implement reusable components and libraries for future use.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and create responsive layouts for various devices and platforms.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing them with technical advice and fostering their professional growth.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development methodologies.
- Work with clients to refine designs and secure final approval for production.
- Design elegant user experiences (Interfaces and Interactions).
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend functionalities.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different clients and varying levels of the organization.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Design, Content and Coding) to attain business goals.
- Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance the user experience and improve development processes.
- Create animation / micro interaction in the UI to engage the user.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Taking interviews and training the team as and when required
Required Skillset:
- 7+ years relevant professional work experience with Ed. Qualification: BE/B.Tech/MCA.
- Expert sense understanding of UI/UX Design principles.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web standards.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and modern prototyping tools like Figma, XD and Sketch.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, SASS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React,Angular, Vue.js).
- Should be able to work in a result driven environment with a data driven approach.
- Strong problem solving and communication skills.
