Job Description:
- Identify and Align customers business requirements to the native Vlocity functionality and to construct a development plan that will deliver the desired solution
- Build collaborative relationships with the business stakeholders sharing a commitment to their success
- Collaborate with Developers, typically in Agile scrum teams, helping them convert the business requirements into technical activities and verifying that their deliverables meet the acceptance criteria
- Work closely with Salesforce Industries Leader and the Digital Advisor from Insurance to develop POCs, POVs and accelerators for the Insurance industry.
- Enhance and build development plans using a knowledge of core business processes within the Insurance industry and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in a Salesforce role with at least 2 of those being within the Insurance Industry
- 5 years + experience of working with deployment teams, using Agile development techniques
- Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications
- Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant Certification
- Vlocity Platform Developer & Vlocity Insurance Specialization Certifications
- Sound understanding on CPQ & Salescloud
Preferred Experience:
- Strong Preference for Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification
- Sales Cloud Certification
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and understanding of software development process

- Analytical. You like to dissect complex processes and can help forge a path based on your findings.
