We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Manager, Cloud Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in cloud sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve cloud sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead, mentor to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals.
  • Experience in Enterprise Sales , Experience in Dev-Secops & Gen-AI market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships within the cloud market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Provide expert advice and consultation on cloud solutions and services to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure successful delivery of cloud projects.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, developments, and competitive landscape in cloud technologies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote cloud solutions and services.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
  • Minumum 10 years of experience in cloud sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, platforms, and solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and effectively manage key accounts.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in leading and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific cloud solutions and services.
  • Certification in cloud technologies added advantage.
