Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Provide high-level administrative support to the leadership team, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Efficiently handle travel arrangements, expense reports, and other administrative tasks.
Communication Skills :
Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both written and verbal interactions.
This role involves regular interaction with key International clients and also the leadership team of our partner companies and customers.
Act as a liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Calendar Management :
Proactively manage and organize complex calendars, prioritize appointments, and coordinate meetings to optimize executives time.
Expertise on communication platforms like SLACK.
Follow-up Delegation :
Implement a robust follow-up system to ensure timely responses to emails, requests, and action items.
Monitor and track outstanding tasks, facilitating effective follow-through.
Assist in delegation processes, ensuring tasks are assigned and completed efficiently.
Streamline workflows and allocate resources effectively to support the executive team.
Research Documentation:
Conduct research on various topics as assigned, providing insightful and well-organized information to aid decision-making.
Maintain meticulous documentation of meeting minutes, action items, and important correspondence.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure documentation is organized and accessible.
Required Skill Sets:
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role within the IT industry.
Ability to communicate with International clients.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Hands-on experience with MS Office.
Proficient in calendar management, with a keen eye for detail and organization.
Strong follow-up and delegation skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Ability to conduct thorough research and provide relevant insights.
Familiarity with data handling and documentation.
Tech-savvy with a good understanding of IT terminology will be an added advantage.
