Position: Customer Support Executive (Inbound)

Type: Full-Time (24/7 shift, rotational off)

About the Role:
Zoomcar is seeking a motivated Customer Support Executive to manage inbound queries and emails. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth customer experience by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate solutions.
  • Deliver product and service information to customers, resolving their issues effectively.
  • Manage and resolve email inquiries with attention to detail.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant team, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably handling inbound queries and emails.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work 24/7 shifts with rotational offs.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in customer support tools and systems.

Preferred:

  • Experience managing high volumes of inbound calls and emails.
  • Preferred MALE Candidates
