Role Overview:
The SAP SF Functional Consultant will ensure the effective management of employee data within SAP SuccessFactors (SAP SF). The role requires strong functional knowledge of SAP SF modules, including Employee Central (EC), Recruitment, Onboarding, Compensation, and more. The incumbent will drive process simplification, improve system usage, ensure data compliance, and manage team performance in line with global service level agreements (SLAs) and audit requirements. This position will also involve optimizing the HRIS systems, working with the HRIS team to ensure seamless integration, and overseeing ticket management systems for efficient operations.
