Develop RPA and Chat Bot solutions using Pega and Case Management solutions.
Developing integrations for RPA and Chat Bot solutions using Webservices and API's Pairs with other software engineers to cooperatively deliver user stories.
Uses the test driven development methodology to realize the technical solution.
Perform requirements gathering, Business Analysis, Fit Gap Analysis, System Testing, Documentation (FDD and TDD) and End User Training
Analyze integration requirements and work with legacy systems
Should coordinate with business skill teams, PDO IT teams, Architects and Product vendor (Pega) in developing and deploying the automation solutions.
Bot Maintenance
Skills Required:
4+ Experience in PEGA RPA Development.
Experience in Delivering global RPA or DPA projects using Agile methodology.
Strong knowledge on C# scripting.
Pega certification
Knowledge in AI or ML modeling is added advantage.
Hands-on Experience on Data Modelling, Stored Procedures, SQL Server
Strong understanding of Case Management, Case Hierarchy, Flow Rules, Data Propagation
Good working knowledge on Declarative Rules, Database Integrations, Connectors and Services, Decisioning & ML
Working knowledge on RPA Integration and Robot Manager Portal Features
Experience Required:
4-5 years of Pega RPA development experience
