Dot net Development and support engineer @ Futuresoft India

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands on expertise with extensive C#, ASP .NET, Web API, MVC, Entity Framework, jQuery, React, Bootstrap, XML, Reflection etc.

• Exp in application design and development.

• Knowledge on WCF, Web Apis, LINQ, Mvc5.0 and Restful services is mandatory.

• L1, L2 application support for .NET-based applications and troubleshooting issues related to SQL Server backends.

• Act as the primary contact for user-reported issues, logging, tracking, and resolving tickets within defined SLAs.

• Root cause analysis and escalate unresolved issues to related stakeholders

• Monitor application health, perform routine checks, and ensure up-time of supported systems.

• Implement application patches, upgrades, and fixes.

• Interact directly with clients and end users to understand problems, guide resolutions, and provide status updates. Similarly collaborate with internal teams

• The ideal candidate will focus on both application Development and client support

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Sc/B.Tech/B.E.).
  
• Strong skills in Application Support, Client Interaction, L1 Support, L2 Support, SQL Queries, SQL Support, development, Dot net and MS SQL.
