We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals with 0-3 years of experience to join our HR team. As an HR Associate, you will engage in various HR functions and projects designed to provide you with a broad understanding of our organization and HR principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Operations: Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, record maintenance, and HR documentation.
  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Participate in talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
  • Employee Engagement: Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and programs aimed at fostering a positive work environment. Organize and participate in company events, team-building activities, and wellness programs.
  • New Hire Orientation: Facilitate the orientation process for new employees, ensuring they are well-acquainted with company policies, culture, and their specific roles and responsibilities.
  • Employee Relations: Assist in addressing employee queries and concerns. Support the resolution of employee issues in a fair and consistent manner.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Master s degree in human resources, business administration, management, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse groups.
  • Adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated interest in HR through academic, extracurricular, or professional activities.
