Weare seeking a dynamic, strategic, and highly skilled Senior / Lead CreativeDesigner to lead and inspire our design team. This role requires a visionarydesign leader with a strong understanding of brand strategy and the ability tothink both creatively and logically with a business-first mindset. The idealcandidate will be a role model who guides the team through every phase of thedesign process u2014 from concept to execution u2014 across multiple channels includingprint, digital, video, and UI/UX.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary design team, fosteringcreativity, collaboration, and high performance.
-Develop and execute comprehensive brand design strategies aligned with businessgoals.
-Oversee and produce creative outputs across print, digital, video, and UI/UXprojects, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
-Create visually compelling PowerPoint presentations tailored for Sales teamsand client pitches.
-Design UI/UX screens for internal digital products, working closely withproduct teams.
-Conceptualize and design event booth graphics, brochures, whitepapers, socialmedia content, and video assets.
-Maintain and continuously enhance brand guidelines, adding new elements asneeded to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
-Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and other teamsto ensure design solutions meet business needs.
-Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies including the useof AI powered design tools.
- Encourage and train the team on leveragingAI tools and keeping up with evolving design best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Design(B.Des/M.Des), Visual Communications, or equivalent from a Tier 1 college ismandatory.
-Preferred 8+ years of professional experience in an agency or fast-paced designenvironment. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoringdesign teams.
-Deep understanding of brand strategy and the ability to translate it intocreative design solutions.
-Expertise in design and prototyping tools, including Figma, Adobe Illustrator,Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and PowerPoint.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-qualitywork across print, digital, video, and UI/UX projects.
- Exceptional conceptual thinking,problem-solving, and communication skills.
-Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and deadlines.
-Experience designing for multiple platforms and mediums, includingpresentations, landing pages, social media, and website assets.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment toquality.
-Knowledge of and willingness to explore AI tools for enhancing designworkflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience working on internal product UI/UX design.
-Comfortable working in an on-site Hyderabad office environment.
-Passion for staying updated on design and industry trends.
-Ability to mentor junior designers on new-age tools and methodologies.
