About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing HR team in Chennai. If you are passionate about recruitment, sourcing top talent, and helping build high-performing teams we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:
-End-to-end recruitment across various departments
-Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
-Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
-Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
-Maintain recruitment reports and databases
