Job Description

Required Experience
10 yrs of exp (Minimum 6 years as facilitator) Experience working with different levels of people Happy handling calendar conflicts and organising events Exposure / experience in working with content creation tools, LMS , wordpress , MS excel Training certifications would be added plus Post graduate in management / psychology / behaviour sciences preferred Certified Coach

Required Skills
Facilitation / training delivery skills Very strong foundations / concepts behavioral skills Is exposed to / comes from process oriented organisations where L & D has been core to business success Plans and organises own workload taking into account possible changing circumstances Persuading and influencing of stakeholders at all levels Analyses data to create insights which are then embedded into their plans Alignment with MiQ's core values/culture Can do attitude to provide energy, drive and enthusiasm A desire to grow their career as the company scales
