Job Description
Individual with 3 to 5 years experience in software engineering , having handson experience on android development.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes and orientations
- Strong OO design and programming skills in Java
- Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
- Understanding of Google s Android design principles and interface guidelines
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
- Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
- Familiarity with push notifications
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
- Knowledge of publishing Android application to the Google Play Store
- Preferred knowledge of Kotlin, Unit Testing, Agile Process and Continuous integration
- Fire TV experience is a plus but not mandatory
