We are looking for a taskmaster, flexible and smart HR Manager to maintains and enhances the organization s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Key Responsibilities as an HR Manager
You will be responsible for Technical Hiring and Manages talent acquisition process, this includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
Must Attend college career fairs, interact with students and promote our employer brand
Contact university TPO and provide informative materials about our hirings vacany s
Keeps job descriptions up-to-date, accurate and compliant with relevant federal, state and local laws for all positions
Build and maintain good relationships with universities and other educational institutions
Develop training and performance management program that ensures all employees are familiar with their job responsibilities.
Creates and updates payroll strategy through market analysis and pay surveys
Handles employee grievances and resolution of employee issues, concerns and conflicts
Motivate employees for assignments by establishing and conducting induction, orientation and training programs.
Establish key metrics to accurately define the competencies and skills required for each role/department within the organization along with individual performance mapping to set-up the KPI framework
Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
To succeed, you will need
3-8 years of hands-on experience in Engagement, Talent reviews and Learning Development.
Candiate has to be Confident, proactive and comfortable operating within a continuously changing and evolving environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Keen understanding of roles and designations within the organization and current industry trends.
Able to prioritize own work and deal with confidential and sensitive information.
A flexible approach, able to cope with a constantly changing environment and priorities.
Ability to listen and communicate carefully and with empathy emotional intelligence.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR Systems (e.g., SuccessFactors)

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with employees, management, and stakeholders
