About the role
- Zeta is in agreement with HDFC bank to launch a credit card on Zeta Platform.
- Zeta team would manage the credit card operations on behalf of HDFC Bank.
- We are looking for candidates having relevant experience and ready to work in a challenging and ever evolving environment.
- Candidates who have relevant experience in operations management, dispute resolution, settlement and reconciliation, Life cycle management and Onboarding would be preferred.
- The requirement is for the Business Operations - Credit Card unit.
Responsibilities
- Operations Management
- Tracking and resolving onboarding issues, delivery and despatch related issues
- Handing dispute and fraud cases on regular basis
- Settlement and reconciliation on credit card transactions
- Life cycle management - Account maintenance, Repayments, Credit balance refund, card closure, etc
Skills
- Candidate having good communication skills
- Candidate having good interpersonal skills
- Keeps customer needs at the forefront of priorities and takes action.
Experience and Qualifications
- Graduate with 1 to 5 yrs strong experience in Operations / Servicing.
