Job Description

1. Lead all IT hirings (Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets.)
2. Strategize & implement innovative ways to reduce time-to-hire while ensuring quality talent acquisition.

Required Candidate profile

1. Experience hiring for ASP.NET, Full Stack, and latest technologies roles is a plus.
2. Ability to Work in a Target-Driven, Fast-Paced Environment
3. Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills
