Job Description

We are looking for a data-driven and creative Digital Campaign Specialist to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of performance-based digital campaigns across multiple channels. The primary focus of this role is to generate high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) that feed into the sales funnel and support pipeline growth. You will work closely with marketing, sales, content, and design teams to craft compelling, targeted campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive measurable business results.


Roles and Responsibilities
  • Build a strong sales pipeline by generating leads/enquiries through sponsored updates and digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Google AdWords, etc.).
  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media and paid marketing strategy for webinars/events and thought leadership content.
  • Conduct LinkedIn Lives, Podcasts, Webinars to generate marketing qualified leads.
  • Leverage tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and HubSpot to execute and monitor campaigns.
  • Manage & measure the success of every social media & paid campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze MQL volume, cost per lead, and conversion rates across channels.
  • Ensure seamless integration and tracking of leads via CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Perform A/B testing on campaign elements to improve lead quality and performance.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
  • Deliver regular reports and insights to stakeholders with actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure MQL handoff is timely and aligned with SLAs.
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
  • Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions.

Required Skills:

  • 6-7 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on lead generation and campaign management.
  • Proven record of achieving MQL and lead conversion targets.
  • Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies.
  • Strong knowledge in diverse types of SMM techniques (ad campaigns, tools, etc.).
  • Good Knowledge of marketing automation, analytics, and AI-based marketing tools.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment.
