Our offerings include software development, web/mobile app solutions, cloud services, and IT consulting. Were looking for a driven and strategic Sales Head to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and build long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with business goals to drive growth and revenue. Identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and convert leads into profitable deals. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Work closely with marketing, delivery, and technical teams to align go-to-market strategies. Drive enterprise sales, B2B partnerships, and consulting services across domestic and international markets. Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline analyses. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand presence. Build and maintain strong CXO-level relationships and handle key accounts. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, IT, or related field. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in IT services sales, consulting, or business development. Strong knowledge of IT solutions such as software development, cloud services, managed IT, and consulting. Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong business acumen and ability to understand technical offerings. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) Preferred Qualifications: Experience in global/enterprise sales or working with international clients. Strong network in the IT services or consulting space.,
