    Job Title: Senior Sales Manager IT Service Sales (EHS Domain) Experience: 1015 years Work Location: Remote/Hybrid TechAmic Solutions is hiring on behalf of a leading client in the software development space. We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Manager with a strong background in IT service salesspecifically within the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) domain. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in enterprise software sales, with a focus on mobile and web development, digital transformation, and custom software services across global markets including the US, Europe, APAC, and the Middle East. Key Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end sales efforts for custom software development services, including enterprise mobile applications, web portals, digital transformation, DevOps, RPA, and related solutions. Generate new business opportunities in international markets, with a strong focus on US, Europe, APAC, and Middle East regions. Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, targeting key decision-makers (CXO level) across industries. Define and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth and revenue targets. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through lead generation, cold outreach, and networking. Prepare and participate in tenders, EOIs, and other formal procurement processes. Develop long-term relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention. Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to fine-tune the go-to-market strategy. Generate and manage business worth $1M+ annually in software development services. Required Skills & Experience: 1015 years of experience in IT services sales, specifically in mobile and web development. Strong domain knowledge of EHS and its software service requirements is preferred. Experience in setting up or significantly scaling international sales operations. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications: Prior exposure to enterprise deals in EHS, manufacturing, or regulated industries.
