It supports on-chain transactions, token swaps, staking, and DeFi tools, catering to both new and experienced crypto users. Supporting 100+ blockchains, our client connects to top DEXs and NFT markets to offer users the best trading prices, aiming to create a secure and user-friendly Web3 wallet that simplifies crypto trading for everyone. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the design and development of non-custodial wallet features for a leading Web3 wallet. This role involves defining the product roadmap, driving product launches, fostering user growth, and promoting innovative features. Key Responsibilities Product Design and Planning: Design and implement Web3 wallet features, ensuring continuous iteration and improvement. User Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to understand user requirements, develop strategies to address pain points, and optimize the overall user experience. Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with technical, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely product development and adherence to quality standards. Project Management: Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to release, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, providing actionable recommendations to maintain the products competitive edge. Key Requirements At least 3 years of experience in a product management role, with a bachelors degree or higher. Experience with blockchain products and basic blockchain knowledge is required. Familiarity with on-chain transactions (e.g., swaps), DeFi, airdrops, and meme trading is highly preferred. Strong market insight with the ability to quickly adapt to industry changes and develop responsive strategies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to ensure smooth project execution. Proficiency in English communication and writing is preferred. A passion for the blockchain industry, a willingness to learn and explore new industry knowledge, and the ability to execute effectively under pressure.,
