Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

DataDog Integration Optimization: Configure, maintain, and extend DataDog monitoring solutions for cloud infrastructure, applications, and logs.

Monitoring Alerts: Develop custom dashboards, set up alerts, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across various environments and services.

Performance Monitoring: Collect and analyse performance data, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and ensure the reliability and scalability of systems.

Collaboration: Work closely with product teams, development, and operations to identify monitoring needs and troubleshoot issues.

Cloud Infrastructure Management: Ensure observability of Azure cloud-based environments.

Incident Response Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve production issues using DataDog metrics, logs, and traces.

Documentation: Maintain documentation for DataDog configurations, monitoring procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
