Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a strategic client-facing professional who leverages deep Retail Merchandising knowledge and provides data driven insights to drive value for B2B partnerships. Functions as the primary source between clients and internal technical teams, facilitating cross-departmental collaboration to drive timely solution delivery.

What Youll Do:
1.Platform Expertise : Develop in-depth knowledge of our software platform to communicate effectively and document functionalities and insights for clients.

2.Data Intelligence : Deliver powerful AI and data-driven insights to consultants and senior team members, enhancing client engagement and strategic decision-making processes.

3.Client Relationship Management : Promptly address and resolve daily client queries, ensuring smooth operations through exceptional service delivery.

4.Cross-Functional Orchestration : Collaborate strategically with Engineering, Product, Sales, and other departments to align workflows, track requirements, and ensure timely delivery of solutions, serving as a crucial bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Requirements

1.Minimum 6 months of work experience in an analytical role, preferably in Retail industry.

2.Good mathematical acumen, logical reasoning and problem-solving skills

3.Excellent communication skills

4.Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel and Powerpoint (preferred)
