Senior Technical Delivery Engineer - Customer Success @ Increff

• Responsible for leveraging technical backend expertise to design scalable and efficient solutions.
  
• Design robust architectures and innovative solutions in coordination with the team.
  
• Develop APIs for major fashion and lifestyle brands, addressing their unique business needs.
  
• Responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing the team to achieve optimal performance and deliverables.
  
• Responsible for managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align objectives and foster collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Java programming and object-oriented design principles.
  
• Good Team Management Skills
  
• Proficiency in Spring Framework, Hibernate, SQL, and RESTful web services.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Process-oriented mindset with a focus on quality, efficiency, and organization.
  
• Experience or familiarity with the e-commerce domain is preferred.
