Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Automation Engineer who will play a
crucial role in automating MIS reporting dashboards and databases across the
organization. The ideal candidate will also be proficient in developing and integrating
Generative AI (Gen AI) agents into various product workflows, including customer
support solutions, product quality testing, and other automation processes within the
organization. The role will require a strong blend of technical proficiency, innovative
thinking, and experience in optimizing workflows through automation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Automation of MIS Reporting & Dashboards:
o Develop, automate, and maintain Management Information System (MIS)
reporting processes to streamline data analysis and decision-making.
o Design and implement automated dashboards for real-time reporting and
insights across various business functions.
o Integrate data from multiple sources (databases, CRM, ERP, etc.) into
automated reporting structures.
o Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across automated
reporting and dashboards.
o Work closely with stakeholders to identify and resolve reporting gaps or
inefficiencies.
2. Development & Integration of Gen AI Agents:
o Create and implement Gen AI agents for various business functions
including product workflow automation, customer support solutions, and
product quality testing.
o Develop AI-driven solutions for automating customer inquiries and support
processes, reducing manual intervention and improving user satisfaction.
o Automate product quality testing and integrate testing bots into the CI/CD
pipeline to ensure high-quality product releases.
o Collaborate with product teams to identify opportunities for leveraging Gen
AI agents to improve internal workflows and customer-facing processes.
o Continuously monitor and improve the performance of Gen AI agents,
iterating based on user feedback and business requirements.
3. Collaborate Across Teams:
o Partner with data engineers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to
ensure that automated systems and reports meet business needs.
o Engage with product managers, developers, and AI specialists to design
and implement AI-driven automation solutions.
o Serve as a subject matter expert on automation technologies and AI tools
within the organization.
4. Continuous Improvement & Optimization:
o Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in automation
technologies and AI.
o Identify areas for improvement in existing processes and propose
automation solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
o Ensure scalability and performance of all automation processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
Automation Tools & Frameworks: Proficiency in automation tools and
frameworks for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
AI & Machine Learning: Strong understanding of Generative AI, machine
learning algorithms, and relevant frameworks.
Cloud & Database Technologies: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS,
Azure, GCP) and database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, data
warehouses).
Integration Technologies: Familiarity with API integrations, microservices, and
connecting various tools for automation workflows.
Product Workflow Automation: Hands-on experience in automating end-to-end
business workflows (e.g., through robotic process automation, AI-driven bots,
etc.).
Soft Skills:
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address
complex automation and AI integration challenges.
Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills to work
across cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-
technical stakeholders.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and
meet deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and business needs,
and a proactive approach to continuous learning.
Desired Experience:
Proven experience in automating reporting systems and dashboards within a
B2B SaaS or technology environment.
Experience in integrating Generative AI agents or bots into business processes,
particularly in customer support, product testing, or workflow automation.
Hands-on experience in designing and implementing automation solutions in a
cloud-based environment.
Experience working with large datasets and developing scalable automation
solutions for both internal and external business needs.
Education &Certifications:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science,
or a related field.
Relevant certifications in automation tools, AI technologies, or cloud platforms
(e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, Google AI Certification) are a plus.
