Job Title : AI Engineer II/III (Generative AI Enthusiast)
Location : Bangalore
Job Overview :
We are looking for a talented AI Engineer who is passionate about Generative AI , with strong hands-on experience in OCR (Optical Character Recognition) , Computer Vision , Graph-based Learning , CNN , Deep Learning , and cutting-edge Generative AI technologies like GPT , Diffusion Models , and GANs . The ideal candidate will have experience in research and development (R&D) , be adept at reading and understanding research papers, and possess a drive to implement innovative ideas.
Key Responsibilities :
Design and develop AI models using advanced Text Encoding , Diffusion Models , GANs , StyleGAN , Latent Diffusion , and Stable Diffusion to build a foundational model for an AI-assisted design tool.
Focus on developing low-compute solutions to generate high-quality, simple, shape-based flowcharts and app wireframes from text-based prompts.
Optimize the performance of AI models for real-time interactive editing , ensuring the system remains responsive, efficient, and lightweight.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance and refine interactive features of the product.
Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the AI models , ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
Implement graph-based learning techniques to improve the systems understanding of design components and their relationships.
Ensure model outputs are flexible, easily modifiable, and exportable in various formats such as SVG , PNG , JSON , and code.
Engage in continuous model optimization to ensure fast deployment while minimizing computational resources.
Key Qualifications :
Experience : 2-5 years in AI/ML, focusing on Generative AI , Computer Vision , and Model Optimization .
Expertise :
Strong hands-on experience with OCR , Computer Vision , and Graph-based Learning techniques.
Proficient in GPT , Diffusion Models , GANs , StyleGAN , Latent Diffusion , Stable Diffusion , and DALL E .
Practical experience in text-to-image generation , real-time image manipulation , and interactive design refinement .
Proven track record in building lightweight, high-performing machine learning models .
Programming Skills : Proficiency in Python (including TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV), Node.js , and familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
Research Publication or Project.
Additional Skills :
Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and libraries for computer vision and generative modeling .
Experience working in agile environments and cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking when facing complex challenges.
Desired Attributes :
Deep passion for Generative AI with a continuous drive to stay ahead of the latest advancements.
A strong analytical mindset , with the ability to work with large datasets and fine-tune models.
