Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic sales leader to help us establish a sales presence in North America. This is a hunting role focused on selling product engineering services to Silicon Valley technology enterprises and startups. After the initial success, the candidate is expected to build and scale our sales organization in the US.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in software development services sales, strong industry connections and the ability to develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new accounts.
What you ll be doing
  • Promote and sell Talentica s product engineering and AI expertise to drive innovation for clients.
  • Leverage an existing network of industry contacts to drive new business opportunities with high-growth technology firms.
  • Develop relationships with venture capital and private equity firms to generate business opportunities and expand market reach.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as delivery managers and technical experts in India to ensure seamless client engagement, solution alignment, and contributions to cutting-edge innovation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and inside sales teams to generate qualified leads.
  • Identify business opportunities from events and conferences.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • Experience: 10-15 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably selling product engineering services or technology solutions to large technology enterprises.
Skills
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and growing businesses profitably.
  • Strong existing network of industry contacts with a proven track record of leveraging relationships for business growth.
  • Experience in handling high-value, complex sales cycles with large tech firms.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
