Servicenow Architect @ Fint Solutions

Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled ServiceNow Architect with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to meet the unique needs of our organization and clients.
  
• 10 to 12 years of Development experience in Servicenow Integration and Automations.
  
• Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
  
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of developers and administrators.
  
• Ensure the development of custom applications, integrations, and workflows to enhance ServiceNow capabilities.
  
• ServiceNow certifications, including ServiceNow Implementation Specialist and ServiceNow Application Developer.
  
• Manage ServiceNow projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
  
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to drive successful ServiceNow implementations
  
• Expertise in REST and third-party integrations with custom scripting.
  
• ITSM & ITOM modules (IM, PM, CM, SLA, KM) & ITOM modules
  
• 7+ years hands-on configuration experience on Service Catalog, Service Portal, Performance analytics.
  
• Recent Experience with ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM Implementation, Product building and Support.
  
• At least 3 + years of experience in Discovery and CMDB implementation and configuration.
  
• Experience developing ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, Security Rules
  
• Expertise level programming skills JavaScript, Jelly, Glide, XML, HTML 5, Bootstrap & Angular JS.
  
• Extensive experience of working with ServiceNow Glide objects such as Glide Record, Glide System, Glide Aggregate, Glide Ajax etc.
  
• Develop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code and testing scripts.
  
• Expert understanding and hands on key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions, including REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSL, Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Rules, Email Inbound etc.
  
• Experience in custom build integrations with ServiceNow using MID Server, JDBC and ODBC
  
• Deep knowledge in integrating ServiceNow with various third-party tools like SharePoint, JIRA etc.
  
• Knowledge of Single-Sign on and LDAP integration
  
• Excellent documentation skills (Requirement gathering, High level and Low-Level design documents, Test documents, Best Practices)
• Clear understanding of the business, functional and technical requirements and convert them to technical tasks.

Experience range:

• 10 to 12 years of Servicenow development work experience.
  
• B.E/B. Tech or BSC computer Science or IT preferrable.
  
• At least one Certification in Servicenow is must
  
• JavaScript, RESTful API, XML, JSON are must-haves.
  
• Understanding client requirements and translate to new application features.
  
• Testing the developed application and writing test scripts.
  
• Hands-on experience working with cloud platforms as AWS or Azure.
  
• Hands-on experience with Angular JS is a plus
  
• Strong communication skills and structured thinking.
