Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and architect Okta solutions tailored tot he needs of the organization and its customers.
- Lead the migration of existing user databases to Okta authentication platforms.
- Develop and code necessary custom integrations and ensure robust single sign-on (SSO) capabilities.
- Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to align Okta solutions with overall security policies.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance in the adoption of identity and access management (IAM) best practices.
- Oversee the successful deployment of Okta integrations, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in IAM, including3 years focused on Okta development, coding, and onboarding.
- Strong understanding of SSO/federated authentication methods (SAML, OIDC) and their components.
- Proven experience with Okta SSO and setting up new Okta organizations.
- Okta certifications (Administrator, Consultant, etc.).
- Experience with cloud platforms and services.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
