Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain essential IT infrastructure, including operating systems, security tools, applications,

servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.

• Installing and configuring software, hardware, and networks
• System administration - Set up, maintenance and monitoring various day-to-day Operations in Linux

and Windows

• Network administration, IP configuration, subnet configuration, DNS, DHCP, working with

switches/routers/firewalls VPN setup

• Assist in Infrastructure deployment work as well as work in setting up IT Infrastructure
• Responsible for Preventive & Breakdown maintenance.
• Handling helps desk requests for Hardware and Network.
• Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills

Essential Skills and Experience:

• B.E/B.Tech in CS/IT or MCA or equivalent; professional certification (RHEL etc.) is a plus.
• 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience in systems and network administration.
• Hands on working experience in setting up both Linux and Windows based environments.
• Good understanding of OSI Model & Network Topology.
• Strong system and network troubleshooting skills.
• Basic database administration skills are required.
• Good oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Knowledge of Cloud computing, Cloud administration, automation tools will be a plus.
• Knowledge of Shell Scripting or Python will be a plus
