Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop responsive, visually engaging websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with developers and content creators to ensure smooth website functionality.
- Optimize websites for mobile and desktop, ensuring a consistent user experience across all devices.
- Continuously improve website performance, load speed, and usability.
- Implement UI/UX best practices to enhance user interaction and engagement.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design landing pages, banners, and other web elements.
- Stay updated on the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Create graphics for web and marketing materials.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in web design.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive design techniques.
- Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, and basic front-end development.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Figma, or Sketch.
- Understanding of SEO principles and web accessibility standards.
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Preferred Skills (Plus Points) :
- Experience with CSS frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
- Knowledge of version control tools like Git/GitHub.
- Familiarity with UI/UX tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or InVision.
- Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Skills in video editing and multimedia design.
