Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, including gathering job requirements, candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, internal databases, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Negotiate offers, ensuring smooth transitions from offer acceptance to joining.
  • Maintain and update recruitment records, reports, and candidate databases to track progress and activities.
  • Stay current with industry trends in IT talent acquisition and apply best practices to ensure a high-quality recruitment process.

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelordegree or equivalent (preferably Technical background).
  • 3 to 4 years of proven experience in IT recruitment.
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and the ability to use social media and job boards to attract IT talent.
    Requirements
    • Good presentation, communication &interpersonal skills.
    • 3 to 4 years of Recruitment experience.
    • Contract / Contract to Hire staffing experience ismandatory.
    • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri).
    • Experience with service-based clients/Big 4companies, especially in the Information Technology domain.
    • Preferred experience with Oracle / SAP / Cloudtechnologies-related requirements.
    • Candidate should be ready to work from Noida/Bangalore office all 5 days.
    • Highly energetic and motivated individual.
