Role & responsibilities

Workplace investigator - employment and discrimination matters

We are seeking a Workplace Investigator, working remotely in India (from home) , to interview individuals who have experienced workplace discrimination such as racism, sexism, sexual harassment, and ageism in the USA & UK.

Conduct thorough and empathetic interviews with individuals experiencing discrimination.

Accurately document interview findings and compile comprehensive reports.

Work closely with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.

The role requires strong verbal and written English skills to effectively interview and document discrimination cases. Comprehensive learning and training are provided for the right and ethical candidates.
A legal background in employment and discrimination and Human Resources maybe be very helpful.
