Position: International Sales and Marketing Manager
Location: Chandigarh
Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and dynamic International Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our global expansion efforts. This role will be critical in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have 10-13 years of experience in international sales and marketing, preferably in the IT sector, with a proven ability to expand businesses across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement international sales and marketing strategies that align with the company s global business objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, emerging market segments, and regions to drive international growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with global clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to track industry trends, competitors, and customer needs, and adapt strategies as necessary.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to tailor offerings to meet the needs of international clients.
  • Negotiations Deal Closing: Lead negotiations and close high-value deals to establish strong, profitable international partnerships.
  • Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports, offering strategic insights to senior management.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and industry events, boosting brand visibility and forging new client connections.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all sales and marketing efforts adhere to international regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 10-13 years in international sales and marketing, ideally within the IT sector.
  • Track Record: Proven history of driving revenue growth and successfully expanding into new international markets.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of global market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
  • Negotiation Communication Skills: Strong negotiation abilities and excellent communication skills, with a talent for building lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with product development, marketing, and other teams to deliver customized solutions for international clients.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to evaluate sales performance, adjust strategies, and improve sales outcomes based on performance data.
  • Travel Willingness: Ready and willing to travel internationally for trade shows, client meetings, and industry events.
