We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Assistant Project Lead (.NET/Dot Net) with 8-10 years of hands-on experience in software development and team leadership. In this role, you will manage complex .NET projects, oversee technical development, mentor junior developers, and ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations and drive successful project outcomes.
Project Leadership Coordination : Assist the Project Lead in defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Manage daily development processes to ensure efficient project execution, meeting deadlines and high-quality standards.
Team Management Mentorship : Lead and mentor a team of developers, promoting collaboration and continuous professional growth. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Technical Ownership : Take ownership of complex technical modules, designing, developing, and architecting .NET-based applications while ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Client Communication Relationship Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely progress updates, managing expectations, and maintaining long-term relationships. Ensure client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
Risk Management Issue Resolution : Proactively identify potential risks and technical challenges, implementing effective solutions to keep the project on track. Take responsibility for resolving issues that may arise during the development process.
Process Improvement : Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance workflow efficiency, quality delivery, and alignment with industry best practices.
Quality Assurance : Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability. Enforce best practices to guarantee high-quality deliverables.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams : Work closely with QA, business analysts, and other departments to ensure smooth integration, bug-free software delivery, and functional solutions.
Documentation Reporting : Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical architecture, design decisions, and process flows. Provide detailed progress reports to senior management, including milestones, risks, and project status.
Continuous Learning Innovation : Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in .NET development. Bring innovative solutions to enhance both processes and product quality.
Experience : 8-10 years of hands-on experience in .NET development , including expertise with .NET Core , ASP.NET MVC , C# , Web API , and other related technologies.
Leadership Experience : Proven ability to successfully lead development teams, manage project timelines, and engage with clients and stakeholders.
Technical Skills : Expertise in Entity Framework , LINQ , SQL Server , T-SQL , and web services.
SDLC Understanding : In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) , with practical experience in Agile , Scrum , or similar methodologies.
Solution-Oriented : Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, efficient, and maintainable solutions.
Client-Focused : Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and ensure their needs are met.
Mentorship Coaching : Ability to mentor junior developers and promote a culture of professional development, collaboration, and excellence.
Version Control Collaboration Tools : Proficiency with tools like Git , SVN , Jira , Azure DevOps , and other CI/CD tools for version control and project management.
Problem-Solving : Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to resolve issues promptly to keep the project on track.
Time Management Multi-tasking : Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and deliver on time without sacrificing quality.
Communication Reporting : Strong verbal and written communication skills for report creation, progress documentation, and client interaction.
Cloud Technologies : Experience with Azure or AWS , including cloud-based architecture and deployment.
Microservices Containerization : Knowledge of Microservices architecture and technologies like Docker and Kubernetes .
Agile/Scrum Experience : Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira , Confluence , and Azure DevOps .
Front-End Technologies : Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular or React .
