Interpersonal Skills - * be passionate about programming * Good interpersonal and communication skills * Loves challenges * Motivated and hard working * Ability and openness to learn quickly and apply the knowledge Technical Skills - * Experience developing applications using Object Oriented Programming (OOP) * AJAX/ JQuery knowledge for building validations and forms * Experience developing complex MySQL database queries (joins, date/ time functions, string functions) and knowledge of query optimization * Good HTML/ CSS knowledge for integrating code with designs * Experience with open source frameworks (viz. CodeIgniter, Zend) * Good to have but not mandatory - understanding on APIs viz. Google Map, Payment APIs, mod- rewrite rules writing for SEF URLs ImageMagick and GDLibrary implementation experience
