Role & responsibilities
1. Deep understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and industry standards. Expertise in planning, scheduling, and executing projects
2. Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams, resolve conflicts, and mentor engineers.
3. Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
4. Managing project costs, forecasting expenses, and optimizing resources.
5. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit
Preferred candidate profile
BE/ME civil with minimum 15 years of experience
