Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth through B2B sales, farming, and hunting activities.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and close deals to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns, product roadmaps, and customer success plans that align with company goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy and optimize sales processes.

Job Requirements :

  • 4-9 years of experience in enterprise sales or a related field (e.g., b2b sales).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota consistently over time.
  • Strong understanding of agriculture industry dynamics and ability to apply this knowledge effectively in a commercial setting.
