Technical Project Manager - .net || Pune @ Globallogic

Job Description

We're looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) with a strong foundation in .NET technologies to lead the delivery of high-impact software projects. This is a great opportunity to blend technical leadership, agile project execution, and stakeholder collaboration within a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of .NET-based projects ,ensuring scope, timelines, and budget alignment.
• Lead development teams, facilitate sprint planning, and resolve technical blockers.
• Provide architectural guidance on .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, and Azure for scalable, secure solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align goals and ensure project clarity.
• Champion Agile/Scrum practices for improved team performance and transparency.
• Identify risks, manage dependencies, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Oversee quality standards through code reviews, testing, and CI/CD deployments.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10-15 years of software development experience with at least 3+ years in a project management role.
• Hands-on expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web APIs, and front-end frameworks like JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Cloud experience with Azure (Preferred)/AWS, or equivalent platforms.
• Proven success managing Agile-based projects and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP, CSM, or Agile certifications (preferred but not required).
