Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Architect with 12 -15 years of experience in architectural design and end-to-end project management within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will take the lead on the design and execution of commercial, and mixed-use developments, ensuring architectural excellence, innovation, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Leadership
- Lead the development of architectural designs for commercial, and mixed-use projects.
- Deliver innovative, functional, and sustainable design solutions in line with market trends, client expectations, and business objectives.
- Produce detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and design presentations using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure design alignment with the companys strategic goals and brand identity.
Project Management
- Oversee the entire architectural project cycle from conceptualization to design development, execution, and handover.
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams including consultants, contractors, and vendors to drive project deliverables.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Present design proposals and progress updates to clients, senior leadership, and project stakeholders.
- Lead design review meetings, incorporating feedback into final designs.
Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure all designs meet local building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify construction aligns with design intent and quality benchmarks.
- Implement best practices in risk management, design quality, and construction oversight.
- Proactively identify and resolve architectural and technical issues during the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- 1215 years of proven experience in architectural design and project leadership within the real estate domain.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and executing high-rise residential and commercial buildings.
- Strong knowledge of building materials, structural systems, and modern construction methods.
- Excellent project and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong verbal and visual communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
