Install, configure, and maintain Tidal Master, Client Manager, and Agents on Unix and Windows platforms.
Perform regular upgrades, migrations, and patching of Tidal components.
Manage and troubleshoot Tidal agents and client connections.
Implement and maintain SSL configurations for secure communications.
Oversee job and container management, including creation, modification, and migration across instances.
Monitor and resolve issues related to job failures, dependencies, and scheduling conflicts.
Scheduling & Automation:
Design, implement, and maintain batch processing workflows using Tidal Enterprise Scheduler.
Develop and manage complex job streams with interdependencies and calendar-based scheduling.
Ensure timely execution of jobs, monitor performance, and optimize schedules for efficiency.
Coordinate with development and operations teams to align scheduling with application deployments and maintenance windows.
Database & Integration:
Utilize MSSQL for managing Tidal databases, including backups, restores, and schema modifications.
Integrate Tidal with other enterprise systems and tools via REST APIs and custom scripts.
Collaborate with database administrators to ensure data integrity and performance.
Cloud & Infrastructure Support:
Deploy and manage Tidal components on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS EC2, RDS).
Work with network and security teams to resolve connectivity and access issues.
Assist in capacity planning and resource allocation to meet operational demands.
Incident & Change Management:
Respond to and resolve P1/P2 incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and impact.
Document and manage changes through ITIL-aligned change control processes.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of job configurations, dependencies, and operational procedures.
