Associate - TA

Minimum Qualification Graduation/BBA/Diploma HR/MBA.

Minimum 1-3 years experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.


Job Summary:

Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for supporting the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and assisting in the hiring of qualified candidates for various positions within the company. This role requires a proactive approach to attract top talent, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and maintaining a robust talent pipeline.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing:
    • Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to source potential candidates.
    • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Screening and Interviewing:
    • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
    • Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate fit for the position.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
    • Assist in the interview process, including conducting interviews when necessary.
  • Candidate Experience:
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Provide timely feedback and communication to candidates regarding their application status.
  • Recruitment Coordination:
    • Assist with the preparation and posting of job advertisements.
    • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status updates.
    • Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment screenings.
