Job Title: Retubing Supervisor Heat Exchanger Manufacturing | GCC Experience Preferred

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Retubing Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all activities related to the retubing and maintenance of heat exchangers in our manufacturing facility in Jubail, KSA. The ideal candidate will have prior hands-on experience in retubing operations, heat exchanger manufacturing, and team supervision in a GCC-based setup.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day retubing activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and safety protocols.
Lead and manage a team of technicians/workers performing retubing on various types of heat exchangers.
Review technical drawings, procedures, and client specifications to ensure proper job execution.
Coordinate with Quality Control (QC), Engineering, and Project Management teams to resolve any onsite technical issues.
Ensure all equipment, tools, and consumables are available and functioning before job initiation.
Monitor tube removal, cleaning, inspection, and reinstallation to meet engineering standards.
Maintain detailed records of all retubing jobs including daily reports, manpower allocation, and material usage.
Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safety compliance as per company and client HSE regulations.
Perform visual and dimensional inspection after retubing and coordinate NDT testing as required.
Train new joiners and upskill junior technicians to ensure team competency.
Prepare and submit shift reports and progress updates to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma / ITI / Engineering Degree in Mechanical or related field.
Minimum 58 years of hands-on experience in retubing and heat exchanger manufacturing, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of heat exchanger components, retubing tools, tube expansion, welding, and relevant standards (TEMA/ASME).
Familiarity with inspection procedures such as hydrotesting, pneumatic testing, and NDT.
GCC work experience in oil & gas or heavy fabrication industries is highly preferred.
Proven ability to lead multicultural teams under tight deadlines.
English language proficiency is mandatory (oral and written).
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Candidates who have previously worked in KSA or other GCC countries.
Returnees with valid exit and re-entry or transferable Iqama (if local).
Willingness to work in a fast-paced industrial environment with extended work hours as needed.
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice preferred.
