Job Objective
To support B2B client queries through calls, chat, and email, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client queries via calls, chat, and email, providing accurate and timely solutions.
- Review and moderate content to maintain the quality and accuracy of information on our website and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, product, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth functioning of our online listings and advertisement products.
- Learn and understand key processes, including service level agreements (SLAs), turnaround times (TAT), and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Achieve productivity and quality targets for client communications.
- Demonstrate product features and resolve client queries through email or calls.
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.
- Basic client-handling skills (training will be provided).
- Interest in content moderation and proofreading.
