Job Objective

To support B2B client queries through calls, chat, and email, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client queries via calls, chat, and email, providing accurate and timely solutions.
  • Review and moderate content to maintain the quality and accuracy of information on our website and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, product, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth functioning of our online listings and advertisement products.
  • Learn and understand key processes, including service level agreements (SLAs), turnaround times (TAT), and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Achieve productivity and quality targets for client communications.
  • Demonstrate product features and resolve client queries through email or calls.

Required Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.
  • Basic client-handling skills (training will be provided).
  • Interest in content moderation and proofreading.

Schedule: 5 days a week (Sat-Sun off), Hybrid 3days in office
