Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and persuasive B2B Sales Executive Health Insurance to acquire and manage corporate clients for our health insurance products. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, pitch group health insurance plans to HR and decision-makers, and close deals. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Present customized health insurance solutions that fit the clients employee benefit needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, founders, and finance decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and product comparisons.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with a focus on high conversion.
- Work with internal teams (underwriting, operations, and service) to ensure smooth onboarding and policy issuance.
- Track all leads, prospects, and interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, compliance guidelines, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
- 13 years of experience in health insurance, B2B sales, or corporate business development.
- Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling abilities.
- Comfortable with target-driven environments and high call volumes.
