The Business Manager - Corporate Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new corporate clients and the expansion of existing accounts. The role involves formulating and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Business Manager will work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and prospecting.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare sales proposals and presentations to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate performance and make informed decisions.
- Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups to nurture relationships and resolve any issues. Skills and Tools Required:
- Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of market trends in the corporate sector.
