Senior Business Analyst @ Tangentia

Job Description

• Process Analysis & Documentation: Analyze and document current business processes to identify areas suitable for automation. Develop detailed As-Is and To-Be process descriptions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Solution Design: Work with RPA developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design RPA solutions.
• Testing & Deployment: Develop test plans, scenarios, and scripts to support RPA solution development and deployment.
• Training & Support: Provide training to end-users and support the adoption of RPA solutions across the organization.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of RPA solutions, identify areas for improvement, and recommend enhancements.

• Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in process mapping and documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
