Job Description
- Install and configure new hardware, including servers, printers, computer workstations, and network devices.
- Configure systems, including operating system installation, software installation, and domain join.
- Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords, ensuring proper access controls.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for internal users.
- Register user issues and raise technical support tickets for resolution.
- Resolve printer issues and manage exceptions for USB block.
- Maintain asset inventory and documentation of IT systems and configurations.
- Manage Office 365 and Microsoft Intune.
- Oversee patch management, scheduling OS patching, and application updates.
- Design Network and add systems to Wi-Fi access points for MAC binding and enable device authentication.
- Manage guest user access for visitor internet connectivity.
- Perform day-to-day administration and monitoring of network use.
- Resolve network faults and ensure network security, including antivirus protection.
- Biometric Registration and Reporting:
- Conduct biometric registration of users and generate reports for attendance records.
- Technical Documentation and Training:
- Prepare technical documentation as necessary for IT systems and procedures.
- Train staff on new systems and technologies.
- Team Leadership and Project Management:
- Provide technical leadership and supervision to the IT support team.
- Establish priorities, workflows, and task planning within servicedesk application.
- Lead and deliver IT projects, deploy new systems and services.
- Execute infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior/System Administrator, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Intune, AzureAD, and management of Windows devices.
- Proficiency with corporate IT systems such as Office 365, SharePoint, Okta, etc.
- Experience with Mac and Linux environments, networking, switches, and routing.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer service orientation.
- Fluent in English communication.
- Experience working with Azure cloud and Azure Virual Desktop.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
- Experience with automation tools and security solutions, including SSO and endpoint management systems.
