Senior Full-Stack Developer @ Sheekharr Starch

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead the development ). You will be responsible for architecting, building, and deploying a robust, scalable system that supports vendor onboarding, inventory tracking, order management, real-time logistics, and analytics dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop the entire application (frontend + backend) from the ground up.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and product managers to deliver high-performance and user-friendly features.
• Design and manage microservices architecture, including API development and system integration.
• Build scalable and secure backend systems using Node.js, Python, or similar.
• Lead the setup of infrastructure (DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment on AWS/GCP).
• Optimize database queries and design for performance (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Handle real-time order tracking, payment integrations, and notifications.
• Ensure the application meets enterprise-grade standards for security, performance, and reliability.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
  

Tech Stack Preferences:

• Frontend: React.js, Next.js, TailwindCSS
• Backend: Node.js / Python (FastAPI / Django), Express.js
• Database: PostgreSQL / MongoDB / Redis
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS / GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
• Others: Git, Jira, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Websockets
  

Required Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of strong software development experience in full-stack web applications.
• Deep understanding of system design, microservices architecture, and scalable backend systems.
• Proven experience building logistics, e-commerce, or procurement platforms is a strong plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Ability to take ownership of end-to-end product delivery.
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with real-time tracking systems or live inventory dashboards.
• Exposure to ERP, warehouse, or B2B foodtech systems.
• Familiarity with APIs for logistics/shipping, invoicing, payment gateways.
