Role Overview
We are seeking a forward-thinking AI Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of small to mid-sized AI agent projects across Sales, Marketing, and Operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong grasp of digital marketing and a passion for leveraging AI technologies to automate and improve business processes.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including AI developers, digital marketers, sales strategists, and operations managers to deliver AI-powered solutions that drive performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage end-to-end projects for building AI agents tailored to sales, marketing, and operational workflows.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify needs, define scope, and outline deliverables for AI agent implementation.
- Coordinate between development, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely execution.
- Translate business goals into AI functionalities (e.g., AI appointment booking, CRM updates, automated outreach, reporting).
- Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure project success.
- Monitor AI agent performance, gather feedback, and iterate for optimization.
- Develop documentation, SOPs, and training materials for AI agent use across teams.
- Stay updated with the latest in AI tools, frameworks, and trends to suggest innovation opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in project management, preferably in AI, SaaS, or digital marketing environments.
- Strong understanding of AI applications in sales, marketing automation, and business operations.
- Familiarity with tools like Zapier, OpenAI, CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.), Calendars, and automation platforms such as Make.com, n8n, and Relevance AI.
- Experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs and SEMrush, PPC automation tools such as Google Ads AI, and marketing analytics platforms.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into practical marketing and business use-cases.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments with multiple concurrent projects.
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.
